First and foremost I would like to congratulate you on starting the process in your therapeutic journey.
I am a licensed clinical professional counselor and a registered art therapist. My goal as your therapist is
to create an atmosphere that empowers you through this time of growth. I aim to collaborate with you in
meeting your cognitive, emotional, and behavioral goals.

I have a passion for helping others and strive to assist you in finding your expression and fostering
support in the journey to healing, self-love, self-acceptance, and an increased self-awareness. I believe
in the process that comes with therapy and providing a safe and comfortable space for clientele to
acknowledge their personal goals and explore self-discovery. I appreciate the collaboration in creating an
individualized treatment plan while utilizing mindfulness, expressive arts, goal building, psychoeducation,
stress-management, challenging negative and irrational thoughts, building an increased self-esteem,
promoting self-love, and encouraging positive thinking within the treatment process and therapeutic
setting. I utilize a Holistic approach, by integrating different modalities to best fit my clients needs; while
always providing an outlet for expression and self-reflection. Approaches I have often used include
Cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Person-Centered
therapy, Adlerian Therapy, Art Therapy, Mindfulness, and Movement.

I embrace art making, talk therapy, mindfulness, and meditation techniques within my sessions. While
using optimism and creative solutions, I thrive to help my clients see their best self and recognize their
strengths and desires. I like to help clients find a new outlet for managing emotions and coping to address
a variety of struggles, such as: depression, anxiety, stress management, anger management, grief and
loss, self-harm, self-esteem issues, eating disorders, self-care, borderline personality disorder,
schizophrenia, bi-polar, co-occurring disorders, symptoms related to PTSD and various traumas,
substance use, life transitions, and negative coping behaviors. I have further experience working with
cancer, dementia, some developmentally delayed, and homelessness as well.

I am dedicated to each patient I serve and hope to assist you in reaching the mental wellness you
deserve. “Working hard is important but there is something that matters even more; believing in yourself.” - Harry
